Ideal for Tapered Bore Bearings
Designed for mounting bearings with tapered inner race directly onto cylindrical shafts.
Accurate Bearing Positioning
Allows easy axial positioning of bearings at the desired location on the shaft without additional machining.

The withdrawal sleeve is pushed into the bearing, creating a tight and stable assembly suitable for heavy-load applications.
Easy Bearing Removal
The threaded shoulder end of the withdrawal sleeve is designed to accommodate KM lock nuts and HM series lock nuts, enabling controlled and safe dismounting.
Simple Dismounting Process
During disassembly, the lock nut is mounted onto the withdrawal sleeve threads and rotated using a spanner to push the sleeve out of the bearing bore smoothly.
Oil Injection Type (AOH Series)
Withdrawal sleeves with bore diameters 200 mm and above are available as standard designs and also with oil injection grooves and holes, designated as AOH Sleeves.
Hydraulic Dismounting Support
Hydraulic oil is injected at high pressure through threaded oil ducts and distribution grooves, allowing effortless removal of heavy bearings.
Optimized Groove Design
Oil distribution grooves are provided circumferentially and axially on the outer surface, as well as inside the sleeve, for effective hydraulic pressure distribution.
