JAYCO SN 3000 / SN 3100 Series Bearing Housings are precision-engineered split Plummer blocks designed to accommodate 23000 CCK and 23100 K series spherical roller bearings. Developed as an enhanced alternative to SN 500 series housings, this range delivers superior load capacity, improved rigidity, and reliable performance for demanding industrial applications.

Tapered bore configuration for secure mounting and alignment
Adapter sleeve options available:
SN 3000 – suitable for bearings with adapter sleeve 2300CCK
SN 3100 – suitable for bearings with adapter sleeve 23100.K
Lubrication Features
Suitable for oil or grease lubrication
Grease nipple provided on top, centrally positioned in the cap
When using W33 type bearings (with annular groove and lubrication holes), grease is distributed efficiently inside the housing
Drain holes with plugs provided at the bottom pads on both sides for easy removal of dirty grease during maintenance
