Specially designed tapered adapter rings lock the labyrinth seal securely on the shaft

Protects bearings from dust, dirt, and contaminants

Double / Triple groove labyrinth seal available

Labyrinth Seal – TS Type

✔ Optional Taconite Seal

Heavy-duty Taconite seal available with special modification

Recommended for extreme dust, mining, and cement plant environments

Lubrication System

Designed for grease lubrication

Grease ducts provided to:

Feed grease directly to the bearing

Lubricate the labyrinth seal effectively

Grease nipple provided for easy relubrication

During initial assembly, up to 80% of housing free volume should be filled with grease for optimal lubrication

Bearing Compatibility – THD Series

JAYCO THD housings are available in four-dimensional series, suitable for the following bearing types:

THD 2200 – Suitable for bearing series 222…K with adapter sleeve

THD 3000 – Suitable for bearing series 230…K with adapter sleeve

THD 3100 – Suitable for bearing series 231…K with adapter sleeve

THD 3200 – Suitable for bearing series 232…K with adapter sleeve

Graded Cast Iron – FG 220 (IS 210)
Ideal for standard heavy-duty applications

Cast Steel – Grade 280 - 520 (IS 1030)
Recommended for high shock and impact loads

SG (Ductile) Iron – Grade 400/15 (IS 1865)
For enhanced strength and fatigue resistance
